ESG@Wake is a new initiative to offer students an opportunity to explore and contribute to the University’s ongoing commitment to ESG goals. Wake Forest students are invited to submit bold ideas to address environmental, social, or governance-related challenges at the University. Chosen finalists across the three areas of focus will present their ideas April 1 for a chance to receive a monetary award to implement their solutions.

Student Competition Guidelines
ESG@Wake is a student competition hosted by the School of Business. All students from the university are invited to participate in the challenge. Finalists will have an opportunity to compete for prize money and consideration for further investment by the University.

There are three opportunities to place in each of the ESG focus areas. $25,000 will be awarded across the winning teams, and a grand prize of $5,000 will be awarded for the best pitch in each category.
